28 member European parliamentary team to visit Kashmir tomorrow

New Delhi: In a major development, a European parliamentary panel consisting of around 28 MPs will visit Kashmir Valley on October 29.
The team met National Security Advisor Ajit Doval earlier today in Delhi. PM Modi and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval will brief them of the situation ahead of the visit. This is the first time after the abrogation of Article 370 from the state of Jammu and Kashmir that an International delegation will be visiting the state.
Kashmir has been under a communication lockdown ever since the government abrogated Article 370.
