K’taka bypolls: H Vishwanath, MTB Nagraj to file nominations on Monday

Bengaluru: As today is the last date for filing nomination for the by-polls to the 15 assembly seats in the state to be held on December 5, leaders across the party will be filing their nomination papers on Monday.

Former MLA A H Vishwanath on Monday will file his nomination papers as BJP candidate from Hunsur Assembly segment. A host of BJP leaders, including Minister B Sriramulu, Chamarajanagar MP V Srinivas Prasad, Mysuru-Kodagu MP Pratap Sinha are likely to be present on the occasion.

Another disqualified MLA and BJP candidate MTB Nagraj will be filing his nomination papers from Hoskote.

Pro-Kannada activist Vatal Nagaraj will file his nomination papers from Mahalakshmi Layout and Shivajinagar assembly constituencies.

JD(S) candidate Javarayi Gowda will also file his nomination for bypolls.
