One killed, one injured after truck rams into auto in Kadri

Mangaluru: A 55-yr-old schoolteacher was killed and another was injured in a freak accident that took place in the city on Sunday, December 1 evening.
The deceased is been identified Shailaja Rao, a teacher in Kendriya Vidyalaya from last 22 years at Ekkur and the injured is auto driver Vinod (40).
The accident took place when a truck rammed into an auto in an attempt to avoid collision with another rikshaw, killing school teacher on the spot and injuring the auto driver.
The whole incident was caught on CCTV camera.
The reason for the accident is being investigated and the truck driver is also being questioned.
