24-YO, PU student hang self in separate incidents

Mangaluru: In two separate incidents reported from the city, a PU girl student and a 24-year-old woman ended their life by hanging on Monday, December 2.

The deceased in one of the cases has been identified as Usha, daughter of late Nagaraj. She was a first-year PU student from Kombettu government PU College near Puttur. Usha was all alone at home when she committed suicide.

The deceased in the second case has been identified as Anisha, a resident of Bengre. Reportedly she locked herself in a room and committed suicide. Her family members who found her hanging rushed her to a hospital but she died on the way.
