Upcoming Amazon Prime Indian Original Web Series in 2020

Amazon Prime Video is one of the major streaming platforms that offers plenty of movies and web series. Popular Prime original shows like Breathe, Mirzapur, Inside edge are giving a tough competition to Streaming giant Netflix in India.

Prime Video has announced 14 original titles that include 5 returning shows and 9 new web series on January 20.

Here is the list of returning popular returning shows.

1. Mirzapur – Season 2

The first season revolved around a place Mirzapur in which, mafia boss Akhandanand Tripathi (Khaleen Bhaiya) and his son Munna, a power-hungry heir, continue his father’s legacy. Tripathi appoints 2 brave men Guddu and Bablu to work under him who develops a rivalry with Munna and Tripathi.

In Season 2 we expect a clash between Guddu and Tripathi.

In the renewed season, we expect to watch another thriller with two new leads Abhishek Bachchan and Nitya Menon while Amith Sadh reprising his role.

Here is the list of new shows that will stream in Prime Video.

1. The Forgotten Army

As the name suggests, this show revolves around an army that fights British bravely and somehow forgotten over the period of time.

This show will be the first of the lot to release this year on 24 January.
