Bidar: Three persons died on the spot after being hit by a truck near the Minakere Cross Flyover on National Highway 9 in Bidar district this morning.
The deceased were identified as Ansar Basantapur (32), Vijaya Kumar Basantapur (24) and Ismail (25).
The trio were reportedly headed towards Manna Echeli when the tyre of their goods vehicle got punctured. When they were replacing the tyre, another truck is said to have hit them.
Bagadal police visited the spot and registered a case.
