Don’t spare accused in MIA bomb case: Kota Srinivas Poojary

Chikkaballapura: State minister Kota Srinivas Poojary on Wednesday said the severe punishment should be given to the accused in connection with the Mangaluru Bomb case.
Addressing presspersons here Srinivas said, “The suspect in the Mangaluri airport bomb case has surrendered to the police as is in their custody now. I urge the police to do unbiased investigation in this regard and give severe punishment to him for committing such a crime.”
He further lashed at former chief minister HD Kumaraswamy for terming the detonation of the bomb at Kenjar ground a mock drill ahead of the Republic Day.
“He (Kumaraswamy) should not politicize such incidents. Such incidents are a threat to national security we should all stand up against this,” Poojary said.
