Mangaluru: City police commissioner, Dr PS Harsha has warned that strict action will be taken against those who have been spreading false information on the bomb found at Mangaluru airport last week.

He stated that those have been spreading falsified and baseless information about the planting of an improvised explosive device at the airport will be booked under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.

Meanwhile, the investigation in the bomb scare accused, Aditya Rao, is ongoing. An investigation into his earlier hoax bomb call has also been started.
