Mangaluru: Reacting to a viral video of few youths threatening to behead him, former minister and MLA U T Khader told that he would willingly meet the youths and they can behead him if they want to but he will not back off from anti-CAA protests.
He was speaking at a press conference held at Congress office here on Tuesday, January 28.
“Don’t create a scene. I will come where you call me. We can either discuss the CAA issue or you can behead me,” said Khader.
In a jovial note, Khader questioned why the youths need to chop his hands, legs if they behead me.
Further, he said that youths need to be sensitive before making such statements, they should think about their dependent family members, who undergo a lot of problems in case they are arrested.
