Last public hearing on M’luru violence on Feb 6

Mangaluru: The final chance to present evidence and record eyewitness statement with the Deputy Commissioner of Udupi G Jagadeesh regarding the December 19, 2019, Mangaluru violence will be on February 6 between 11 am and 1 pm.

Eyewitness and evidence presenters can depose at the Assistant’s Commissioner’s Court Hall in the Mini Vidhan Soudha in the city.

The Deputy Commissioner said that no evidence will be accepted after this last round of public hearing.

Violence occurred at Mangaluru on December 19, 2019, after rioters started clashing with police resulting in the death of two rioters by gunshots. G Jagadeesha was appointed to head the inquiry on the violence.
