Udupi: A lady ASI has filed a complaint against a woman for allegedly assaulting her and obstructing her from performing her duties at Udupi Police Station.
On Monday, February 3 morning, the woman identified as Usha Naik came to the police station and began abusing ASI Muktabai verbally. When the lady officer enquired with Usha the reason for her outrage, she allegedly slapped and pushed Muktabai. Other police personeel intervened as the confrontation began taking an ugly turn.
According to reports Mukta reported back to the duty after a four-day leave on February 3.
