Talapady: 22-year-old man dies after being knocked down by city bus

Ullal: A lorry driver, who was knocked down by a city bus died on Wednesday, January 12 as he was not responding to the treatment.
The deceased has been identified as Kiran Rathode (22), a resident of Belagavi. The accident took place near Talapady.
As per the sources, the city bus was making a turn at the junction when it hit Kiran, who was crossing the road. Following the incident, he was rushed to a private hospital in Derlakatte, but he succumbed to his injuries.
A case in this regard has been registered with the Mangaluru traffic police.
