KSRTC offers ticket-free travel for SSLC students during exams

Bengaluru: Students appearing for their SSLC examinations will not be charged for bus tickets while travelling from their residences to the allotted examination centre, an official release from the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) read.
SSLC examinations in the state starts on March 27 and will end on April 9.
Students will be able to travel between their residences and allotted examination centres by either showing their student bus pass or the examination hall ticket.
The KSRTC release also stated that the free travel option will be available on city buses, suburban buses and express buses.
