Bike riders snatch gold chain from woman pedestrian

Mangaluru: Two bike riders snatched a gold chain from a women pedestrian in the city on Thursday, February 20.

The incident took place near Apple mart, Padavinangady here when the victim, Rajeshwari was returning home after dropping her daughter to a tuition center.

Two miscreants wearing a helmet riding a pulsar bike without any number plate snatched her mangalsutra weighing 16 grams.

The localities tried to stop them by throwing a bucket. However, they fled from the spot.
