‘Veera Rani Abbakka Utsava’ from Feb 29 to Mar 1: Kota Srinivasa Poojary

Mangaluru: The two-day Veera Rani Abbakka Utsava will be held at Asigoli grounds in Konaje village, Mangaluru from February 29 to March 1 announced Minister Kota Srinivas Poojari at a news conference here.

The minister also stated that during the Utsava the ‘Abbakka Prashathi’ will be conferred on noted literateur Usha P Rai and National-level athlete Shreema Priyadarshini.

Dakshina Kannada district Deputy Commissioner Sindhu B Rupesh and Additional Deputy Commissioner M J Roopa were also present in the news conference.
