Udupi: Govt bus station to be inaugurated soon

Udupi: The Divisional Controller of Mangaluru Division, Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC), Aruna SN informed that the new KSRTC bus stand at Udupi will be opened in less than a month.
The two-storey bus stand building constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 4 crores has waiting areas on the ground floor and include sixteen shops, a cafeteria and a hall on its top floor.
The shops in the building will be operational after the inauguration, the tenders for the same have been issued already.
Presently, KSRTC runs 28 buses in the city.
