Coronavirus: DC says no positive cases in Dakshina Kannada, no need to panic

Mangaluru: Deputy Commissioner of Dakshina Kannada Sindhu B Rupesh on Monday, March 9 said that there has been no positive corona case till date in the district.
Addressing presspersons Sindhu B Rupesh said “A Dubai bound international passenger who exhibited symptoms of coronavirus infection was admitted to the hospital, but he did not cooperate with the health officials. No one should get confused about this. Now that person is being convinced to undergo the medical test but he is still adamant.”
“There is no need to panic as there has been no positive corona case till date in the district,” she added.
