4 test positive for COVID-19 in DK: DC

Mangaluru: The Dakshina Kannada district administration on Tuesday informed that four persons have tested positive for novel coronavirus in Mangaluru.
While three of the patients are being treated in isolation facility of Wenlock hospital, the other patient is being treated in isolation facility of KMC hospital here.
All the four patients are residents of Kasargod.
The patients being treated at Wenlock include a 32-year-old and a 23-year-old youth had arrived from Dubai in SpiceJet flight (SG-60) at 5.30pm and a 47-year-old man had arrived in Air India Express flight (IX-814) from Dubai on March 19 at 5 am.
The one admitted to KMC hospital a 70-year-old woman had arrived from Saudi Arabia on March 9 and was admitted to hospital on March 20.
Meanwhile the DC has urged passengers of the above flights to self-quarantine themselves and report to nearest facility if they show any symptoms.
