Ullal: UTK helps elderly sick man get admitted hospital amid lockdown

Mangaluru: Former minister and Congress leader UT Khader helped an elderly person with fever symptoms from his constituency get admitted to Wenlock hospital amid the travel restrictions imposed owing to coronavirus lockdown.
It is gathered that Khader called for an ambulance after family members of the elderly person, from Kotepura sought his help in going to the hospital. However he got yet another call after around 30 minutes saying the ambulance had not reached the place whereafter Khader himself went to the residence of the elderly to check on the issue.
Meanwhile the ambulance too arrived at the spot. Khader saw to it that elderly wore a face mask before going in the ambulance.
