Tomatoes
Tomatoes are rich in lycopene, a carotenoid that acts as an antioxidant. It helps scavenge the harmful oxygen radicals that cause toxic buildup resulting in skin rashes, acne, and aging.

Papaya
Papayas contain enzymes, vitamins A, C, and B, and dietary fiber. It improves bowel movement and digestion and also regulates blood pressure, which in turn will flush out toxins and prevent acne and pigmentation.

Avocado
Avocado protects the health and thickness of the cell membrane and is also known to keep the skin ageless as it consists of Vitamin E and C.

Green tea
Green tea has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-tumor properties. It helps protect the skin from harmful UV radiation and prevents skin rashes, sunburn.

Carrot
Carrot is rich in beta-carotene, which has antioxidant properties that prevent cell and DNA damage. But overconsumption of carrot can cause discoloration of skin.
