Currency notes thrown on road creates panic in Udupi

Udupi: A man created mayhem in Vadiraja Road of Udupi District on Monday, April 13 by throwing Rs. 500 and Rs. 2000 notes on road.
On Monday, April 13 a man threw Rs 500 and Rs 2000 notes on the road, the people on seeing the notes rushed to pick it up and later realized that all the notes were fake and a color photocopy of original notes. When they tried to catch the accused, he had already escaped the spot.
A social worker Madhukar Mudradi collected all the currency and handed it over to the police. It is also gathered that the man who spilled the note had two more bundles of note left in his hand.
