Chikkamagaluru: Police bust ambulance illegally ferrying passengers

Chikkamagaluru: Lingadahalli police officials have busted an ambulance who was illegally ferrying passengers from Bengaluru to Chikkamagaluru.
Five passengers were travelling in the ambulance.
The ambulance had allegedly charged Rs 28,000 for the transit from Bengaluru to Chikkamagaluru.
Cases have been registered against all of them in Lingadahalli police station.
Police are also investigating whether a larger network of such privately-owned ambulances are taking advantage of the lockdown by providing such illegal transit services.
