Chitradurga: 4 arrested for smuggling liquor in ambulance amid lockdown

Chitradurga: The Chitrahalli police arrested four people for smuggling liquor in an ambulance.
The arrested are identified as ambulance driver Subaan, lab technician Santoshand two helpers Girish and Jeevan.
As liquor sales are banned in the country amid lockdown the accused were illegally transporting alcohol in an ambulance.
The police have also seized four boxes of liquor, informed sources.
A case in this regard has been registered with the Chitrahalli police.
