Udupi: Army personnel and policeman argue over lockdown violation

Udupi: A video has emerged on the internet from here of an army man and a police official arguing over the application of lockdown rules.
The video was supposedly shot weeks ago and shows both of them arguing at the NCC grounds in Adi Udupi. It is alleged that the a group of army men were playing in the grounds.
The army man seems to be saying to the police official that soldiers are not in the purview of the lockdown guidelines and the police official is arguing otherwise.
It is not known whether any legal action was initiated against anyone after the incident.
