COVID-19: India’s tally rise to 37,336 with 1,218 fatalities

New Delhi: India’s tally of COVID-19 cases rise to 37,336 cases which includes 26,167 active cases, 9,950 cured and 1,218 deaths.
The Centre on Friday decided to extend the lockdown for 14 more days till May 17. Some concessions have been announced for Red, Orange, and Green Zones during this extended lockdown period.
Meanwhile, more than 33 lakh cases of coronavirus infections have been reported worldwide and over 2.3 lakh people have died due to COVID-19.
