Covid-19: 3 new cases, 1 discharge in DK; 2 patients serious

Mangaluru: A 39-year-old man from Uppinangady, identified as patient 325 was among those discharged post recovery in Dakshina Kannada on Wednesday, May 6, a day that also saw three new confirmed cases of coronavirus in the district.
Patient 325 with travel history to Delhi had tested Covid 19 positive on April 13. His wife who tested positive for the infection later is presently undergoing treatment at the designated district hospital.
Of the 12 active coronavirus cases in the district, the condition of two persons – patients 536 and patient 507 – is said to be serious.
Till date 28 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Dakshina Kannada which includes 13 discharges and three deaths.
