COVID-19 patient dies in Karnataka; death toll increases to 31

Bengaluru: A COVID-19 patient died in a private hospital here on late Saturday, May 9 night taking the total number of death in the state to 31.
The deceased woman with SARI was admitted to the hospital a few days ago. She died on Saturday night after she stopped responding to the treatment.
Following her death, 25 people including the hospital staff were quarantined by the health officials.
