Kalburgi: Cow rescued after falling into drain

Kalburgi: A cow that fell into a drain in front of the central library near Jagat Circle was rescued by fire brigade personnel on May 14.
The fallen cow was spotted by a passerby at night who called the fire department and informed about it. Personnel from the fire brigade reached the spot soon and rescued the cow.
Firemen Arjun Ankush, Vaijanatha, Vithal, Prakash Kattimani, Praveen Bhalke, Jambanna Gowda and Ramji Rathod were involved in the rescue operation.
