Karnataka: Govt transfers 4 IAS officers

Bengaluru: The State government has transferred four IAS officers and appointed them to other departments.

Additional Director General of IT, BT, Science and Technology, EV Ramana Reddy has been given the additional responsibility of the Department of Higher Education.

Dr Raj Kumar Khatri has been transferred as the Additional Chief Secretary of the Labor Department. After the transfer of Manivannan, M Maheshwar Rao was given the additional responsibility of the department.

Ajum Parvez has been transferred from the Department of Urban Development to the Secretary of the Department of Transportation.

J. Ravi Shankar has been transferred to the Department of Urban Development. He has also been given additional responsibility as the Managing Director of Karnataka Urban Water Supply and Drainage Board.
