Mangaluru: First special flight to arrive from Muscat

Mangaluru: A special Vande Bharat flight from Muscat to Mangaluru via Bengaluru will land in the city on Wednesday, May 20.
It will be the first flight to bring Kannadigas from Muscat with a total of 176 passengers, 63 of them will arrive at Mangaluru.
The flight has left Muscat at 1:30 pm and will arrive in Bengaluru at 6:15 pm, reaching Mangaluru at 7:15 pm.
Dakshina Kannada district Deputy Commissioner Sindhu B Rupesh said that only those from the district will be quarantined in Mangaluru, residents of Udupi and other districts will be quarantined in their respective districts.
Another flight from Doha to Mangaluru via Bengaluru will arrive on May 22.
