Thekkatte: Truck hits divider after losing control

Thekkatte: A truck hit another truck coming from the opposite direction and hit the divider on the morning of Saturday, May 30.

The incident occurred in front of the HP refuelling bunk here on NH 66.

The truck was carrying watermelons from Bijapur to Udupi when it lost control, hit the other truck and then the divider.

No casualties were reported. The watermelons in the truck were transferred to another truck.
