Sullia: 62 wedding function attendees advised to home quarantine

Sullia: As many as 62 persons who attended a marriage function in Sullia taluk here have been advised to home quarantine themselves as a precautionary measure.
A primary contact of a Covid-19 patient had attended the wedding function and had come in contact with the 62 people.
According to reports a doctor who had arrived from Malaysia to Bengaluru on May 22. After undergoing the institutional quarantine, he arrived in Mangaluru where he tested positive for coronavirus.
The COVID-19 patient had visited his relative’s house on Sunday and a member of that house who came in contact with the doctor had attended the marriage function.
