Dr UD Rajalakshmi chosen for Khadri Shamanna award

Bengaluru: Dr UD Rajalakshmi, the editor of Taranga weekly magazine has been selected for the prestigious Khadri Shamanna Journalism Award.
The annual award is instituted by the Khadri Shamanna Memorial Trust and is given to eminent journalists from Karnataka since 1995.
Dr UD Rajalakshmi, who hails from Karkala Taluk of Udupi district has over 37 years of experience in the field of Journalism. She joined Taranga Magazine team in the year 1987 and is currently serving as the editor of the magazine.
