Udupi: No city bus services on June 7

Udupi: Bus operators have decided to suspend the city bus services on June 7 due to lack of passengers.
Bus owners association’s Kuiladi Suresh Nayak stated that the number of passengers were very less last Sunday hence it was decided that the 23 buses running in the city will not be operating tomorrow (June 7).
Since last one week, city bus services have been running a few services with an increase in fare by 15 per cent. Passengers are scarce even on other days of the week, Nayak added.
