Covid-19: 13 new cases in DK; state tally crosses 8k

Bengaluru: Karnataka reported 337 new coronavirus cases, 230 discharges and ten fatalities on Friday, June 19 the health department said.
As on date 8281 cumulative cases of coronavirus has been confirmed of which 5210 have been discharged. The death toll in the state stands at 124. Presently 2943 cases are active and 78 among these are in ICU.
Among new cases today 93 are interstate passengers while 11 are international passengers.
District wise Bengaluru reported 138 cases todayfollowed by Kalaburagi -52; Ballari -37; Hassan -18; Dakshina Kannada -13; Davangere -12; Udupi -11; Bidar -10; Mysuru and Koppal – 6 cases each; Yadgiri, Kolar and Bengaluru Rural reported 4 cases each; Mandya, Dharwad, Bagalkote, Ramnagara and Chikkaballarpur reported 3 cases each; Tumkuru and Chikkamagaluru reported two cases each while Belagavi, Uttara Kannada and Shivamogga accounted for one case each.
