COVID-19: Bengaluru has as many as 298 containment zones

Bengaluru: BBMP officials on Sunday, June 22 sealed down Anandapuram ward in KR Market area and identify it as a containment zone after resident tested positive for COVID-19.
MLA Zameer Ahmed, BBMP Commissioner B H Anil Kumar, and others coordinated the sealing down the process.
The state’s capital Bengaluru has as many as 298 containment zones within city limits, informed sources.
