Puttur: Wife, 10-yr-old child home quarantined after man tests Covid-19 +ve

Puttur: A 42-year-old resident of Kallandadka tested positive for coronavirus whereafter his wife and 10-year-old child have been home quarantined.
The Covid-19 positive patient’s wife and child are residing at Bannur village here. The man had come to the residence in Bannur.
As he had signs of fever and cold he was admitted to the government hospital in Puttur two days back. His throat swab samples were collected and sent for examination.
The test is found to be positive and he has been admitted to Wenlock Hospital in the city.
This is the second covid-19 positive case in Puttur.
