Amazon to pay $500 mn in one-time ‘Thank You’ bonus to front-line workers

Amazon has announced it will pay one-time ‘Thank You’ bonuses to its logistics employees who worked on the frontline during the pandemic

The bonuses will cost the company over $500 million and   employees and partners will be receiving bonuses ranging from $150 to $3,000

Dave Clark, senior vice president, Amazon, said, “Our frontline operations teams have been on an incredible journey over the last few months, and we want to show our appreciation with a special one-time Thank You bonus.”

The bonus will be issued to all front-line employees and partners who were with the company throughout the month of June
