After Ballari, Health workers in Davanagere ruthlessly dump COVID-19 victim’s body using JCB

Davanagere: After a video of more than five men dumping large black bags containing the bodies of COCID0-19 into a freshly dug pit in Ballari and a similar incident came to light in Davanagere.

In the incident that took place in Davanagere. The dead body of a 51-year-old woman who died of the corona was dumped using a JCB.

Surprisingly the health officials and Tashildar Puttaraju Gowda too witnessed the incident and were not even bothered to stop the inhumane act.

Angered by the incident the villagers demanded strict action against the officers indulged in the incident.

Earlier on Tuesday, Jun 30 the Ballari District administration had fired a health department field team for inhumanly handling and ruthlessly dumping eight COVID bodies in a pit.
