Bengaluru: CCB police bust prostitution racket, rescue 27 women

Bengaluru: Central Crime Branch police busted a prostitution racket in the city and arrested three persons, including the main pimp on Thursday night.
CCB women’s wing led by Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Mudvi raided the brothel and rescued 27 women who had been forced into the flesh trade.
Arrested Yogesh, a native of Rajasthan was operating the brothel with women predominantly from northern states within Puttenahalli police station limits in the city.
The rescued women hail from Nepal, Punjab, Delhi, Maharashtra, Jammu & Kashmir, West Bengal and Uttar Pradesh.
