Bengaluru: The State government has imposed a one-week lockdown in Bengaluru to curb the spread of COVID-19 in the city. Former prime minister H D Deve Gowda has demanded that the entire State should be locked down.
Gowda has appealed to the people of the State to adhere to all precautionary measures. Not to go out of the house and whenever moving out wear mask, maintain social distance and use sanitizer whenever touching anything.
He further stated that many accusations are being thrown around about irregularities in the several special packages announced by the government. We should discuss about it in the next session and not now. Public health should be our only priority.
