Bantwal: Fire at furniture store; goods worth lakhs destroyed

Bantwal: A fire broke out at a furniture shop near Bastipadpu here on the morning of Monday, July 13.

The incident occurred due to an electrical short circuit. The fire department managed to extinguish the fire.

Sofa sets, plywood and other furniture worth lakh of rupees were destroyed in the fire.
