Kundapura: Case registered against person for violating quarantine 163 times

Kundapura: A case has been registered against a man at the town’s police station here for violating home quarantine and moving outside for 163 times.
Sahab Singh, who came to Mumbai to Koteshwar, is the violator. He is reportedly a glass and plywood dealer in Kundapur.
He had come to his rented house at Koteshwara Bypass on June 29 and was ordered to be in home quarantine till July 13.
However, during this time his mobile GPS tracker revealed that he has had violated home quarantine 163 times. He had even visited hotels in Udupi.
N G Bhat, a flying squad officer, registered a case against Sahab Singh at Kundapur police station under Section 269, 270 of the IPC.
