Banana delights in Bonda, Buns and Cake

Banana is a fruit that is grown not only in plantations but also in most backyards.
This all-season fruit causes a little fear to be consumed during the rainy season. Fear of the fruit causing cold.
However, there’s no downside in eating dishes and snacks made from bananas.
Here’s the recipe for three such banana-based dishes:
Banana Bonda
Ingredients: Bananas – 4, Wheat flour – 1 cup, Jaggery – 2 cups, Rice flour – 2 tablespoons, Soda – a pinch, Salt as per taste, Oil for frying.
Method of preparation: Mix the banana with wheat flour, rice flour, jaggery, salt, soda and a little water.
Make the batter into small balls.
Fry the balls in peanut oil.
Banana Buns
Ingredients: Bananas – 4, Wheat flour – 3 cups, Sugar as per taste, Yogurt – half cup, Soda – a pinch, Salt as per taste, Oil for frying.
Method of preparation: Mix bananas and yoghurt.
Add sugar, cumin, soda, salt to the mixture and mix it with a little wheat flour to make a dough.
After half an hour, roll the dough and leave in the oil to fry.
Banana Cake
Ingredients: Bananas – 3, Butter – half cup, Sugar – 1 cup, Soda – a pinch, Salt, Dry fruits
Method of preparation: Put butter and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
When the mixture becomes creamy, add sliced banana and stir again.
Add baking soda, salt, cashews, raisins and almonds. Mix well.
Pour this mixture into a saucepan greased with butter.
Put the saucepan into a cooker for 20 minutes (do not pour water into the cooker).
