Unlock 2.0: Businesses, bus resume operations in DK

Mangaluru: The COVID-19 lockdown imposed in the distrcit was relaxed on Wednesday, evening and the businesses have resumed operations in the district.

Many shops, Markets and malls have started operations on Thursday, July 23 in the city. Private vehicles started commuting in the district including city buses, Auto and taxis.

It has to be noted that the markets and businesses were slowly reopened when the government relaxed lockdown in May and the business are not running smoothly like before COVID-19 lockdown.

The situation in the district even after the second lockdown is similar and the number of customers are very less. people are trying to return to normal life.
