Ayodhya priest, 16 policemen test Covid-19 positive ahead of Bhoomi pujan: Report

New Delhi: A priest and 16 policemen on duty at Ayodhya’s Ram Janambhoomi complex for the ‘Bhoomi pujan’ have reportedly tested positive for coronavirus.
The groundbreaking ceremony for the temple is expected to be held on August 5.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and several other VIPs are expected to attend the ceremony.
Meanwhile the temple trust has said that the Bhoomi pujan will be held as planned.
