Facebook chief executive Mark Zuckerberg said his company’s partnership with Jio Platforms will help bring small businesses in India to Whatsapp

According to Reuters,  Facebook plans to expand to other markets once the platform is proved in India.

Earlier, Mukesh Ambani had announced that JioMart and WhatsApp will be working closely in India. Also, Jio started a WhatsApp-based service for JioMart earlier this year, allowing users to place orders on the platform through WhatsApp.

Earlier, Whatsapp announced that it has 15 million users on WhatsApp Business in India and out of which  many are small businesses
