One can also have constant aches and pains in their body due to increased levels of stress. Due to stress, muscles of the body may become tense
Eating disorder
Some people also develop eating disorders due to stress. It is said that uncontrolled stress can trigger neurobiological behavioral changes that may affect eating patterns.
Insomnia
Stress may also disrupt sleep and cause insomnia, which can lead to low energy. Studies have found that stress were associated with increased sleepiness and restlessness at bedtime
