Karnataka CM Yediyurappa recovers from COVID-19, to be discharged on Aug 11

Bengaluru: Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa, who has been undergoing treatment at the Manipal Hospital in the city for the past 10 days, will be discharged tomorrow (August 11), hospital sources said.
In the test conducted on Sunday, August 10, the CM had tested negative. As per protocol, he will be discharged after 2 days of testing negative.
CM Yediyurappa was admitted to the hospital on August 2 after reporting positive in the test due to his older age.
From the hospital, the CM performed many of his regular duties.
Former CM Siddaramaiah who also tested positive for the virus is still undergoing treatment in hospital.
