Who is the 50-yr-old woman that stood in rain for 7 hrs to warn people about the open manhole?

Recently, a video of a woman standing near an open manhole, on a waterlogged road for hours went viral on social media. The woman named Kanta Murti was standing in Matunga, Mumbai and was alerting people so that no one falls into the manhole.
This video is from Tulsi Pipe Road in Matunga West, Mumbai. The lady seen in the video had been standing beside the open manhole for five hours to warn commuters driving on the road.

According to NDTV, Kanta Murti has eight children and five of her children are married. She supports education of her three other kids by selling flowers on the roadside
Kanta Murti said that she was scolded by the civic authorities for standing on the road. She said, “I uncovered the manhole and drained the water. Then I stood there to warn vehicles. BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation) officials later came and scolded me”
Kanta Murti said that she did not want people to meet with an accident and that she felt it was a normal thing to do.
